  3. Grapeseed oil - 95g
  4. Virgin Coconut Oil - 95g
  5. Emulsifying Wax - 50g
  6. Cetyl alcohol - 50g
  7. Preservative - 5g
  8. Lemon Essential Oil - 10g
  9. Sugar - 600g
Supplies
  1. Bowl
  2. Spatula
  3. Measuring scale
  4. Airtight glass container
  5. Microwave/ saucepan
  6. Freezer
  7. Whip beater
Directions
  • In a bowl add a measured quantity of cetyl alcohol, emulsifier, shea butter, and cocoa butter. Put the bowl either in the microwave or a saucepan to melt the ingredients.
  • Remove the bowl from the heat once everything has melted together. Now add 95 grams of each grapeseed oil and coconut oil. Mix well with a spatula.
  • Put the bowl in the freezer to cool down the ingredients.
  • Once it starts to harden, remove it from the freezer and start whipping it with a whip beater until the texture turns fluffy.
  • You can add 600 grams of sugar, 5 grams of preservatives, and 10 grams of lemon essential oil. Whip again to mix.

Directions
  • In a bowl add in a measured quantity of sweet almond oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, emulsified wax, and beeswax. Put the bowl either in the microwave or a saucepan to melt the ingredients.
  • Remove the bowl from the heat once everything has melted together. Use a spatula to keep mixing the batter in between the cooling process.
  • Once it has reached room temperature you can add 150 grams of sugar and 1 gram of each lavender essential oil and preservative. Use the spatula again to mix.
  • Now transfer the emulsified sugar scrub with sweet almond oil into an airtight container for future use.
